摘要
"农民工"一词本就隐喻着歧视,在这种语境中成长的子女,在共时的社会化过程中,受色彩文化的熏染,逐渐将这种"污名"内嵌入自身的潜意识,无声地接受了社会设置对自己身份的建构,认同着这种"边缘化"。其子女在进入高校后,因家庭背景、阶层固化等因素,"边缘人"角色得以建构。这既违背了教育者的初衷,也不利于受教育者健全人格的形成和社会善的实现。通过降解文化设置、解构教育观念、转换教育方式等途径,解构边缘,让边缘回归中心,是解决问题的有效路径。
"Migrant Workers" is a derogatory word of prejudice,so children growing up in this context,in the process of socializatlon,are influenced by this culture and finally gradually get this "notorious" term rooted in their own subconsciousness. These children silently accept the construction of their own identities in social settings and come to terms with "Marginalization". When these children enter universities, their roles of "marginalized persons" are constructed due to their family backgrounds, class solidification etc, which is against the original intention of the educators and unfavorable to the formation of healthy personalities of the educated and the realization of a good society. The culture re-setting, idea change of the educators, the change of the education approaches, deconstmction of the marginalized, the remm from the marginalized area to the center are all effective ways to solve problems.
