摘要
教学质量是高校生存的生命基础,也是关系到一个大学成长的命脉。如何保障大学教学质量,提质升位,成为高校生存与发展的重中之重。在此环境下,各高校不断推出保障机制以提高教学质量,而"督导"制度应运而生。但在目前,许多高校对督导工作应如何开展,是否需要存在学校与学院两级督导,二者之间应如何运行等处于摸索阶段。以成都大学为例,现有校级督导和院级督导两支队伍,二者在人员构成、工作职责、督导范围等方面既有区别又相关联,形成了"督导并重"的院校两级互补工作模式。
Teaching quality is the basis for the survival of universities and is also related to the development of universities. How to guarantoe the teaching qualifies in universities as well as to enhance the teaching qualities is of great significance for the survival and development of universities. Therefore, under this background, universities successively put forward the guarantee mechanisms to promote teaching qualities. Consequently, "supervision" system comes into being. However, at present, how to do supervision, whether there exists the double-level supervi- sion(supervision at department level and supervision at university level) and how the double-level supervision woks are all under exploration. Take Chengdu University as an example, there are now university-level supervision and department-level supervision. These two levels are different but closely related in terms of personnel structure, job responsibilities, supervision scope, etc. Therefore, a complementary working mode is formed by emphasizing both university-level and department-level supervision.
