职业院校企业实习现状、问题及对策研究

On the Current Situation and Problems in Internship in Enterprises in Vocational Colleges and the Countermeasures

企业实习是高职学生提高实践技能的重要途径,也是理实结合的重要一环,目前各高职院校进行了很多有益探索和实践,但也存在许多问题,如实习岗位少、生产性实习教学功能弱、工学结合度不高、质量缺乏有效保障措施。针对这些问题,要推进职业院校学生企业实习有效进行,创建校企合作长效机制建设,必须完善国家层面学生企业实习制度,以法律和经济手段强化企业接纳学生实习的意愿;改变企业实习形式简单,形成工学结合的常态机制;制定各专业的企业实习考核标准和考核实施办法,强化企业实习质量。

Internship, as an important part in the integration of academic study and doing practice, serves as a significant means through which students from higher vocational schools can enhance their abilities to do practice. Now, individual higher vocational schools are doing exploration and practice that are beneficial for the development of the students. However, here come many problems. For example, insufficient in- ternships am provided; production-oriented practice is lack of educational significance; working is not well integrated with study; quality is not guaranteed by effective measures. Therefore,for the purpose of dealing with the problems mentioned above and promoting e^cient internships, it is a must to perfect the national internship system by forcing enterprises to accept students to do internships there by legal and economic methods; secondly, enterprises should change the simple internship mode so as to promote the integration of working and study; finally, internship assessment criterion and implementation methods for students majoring in different disciplines should be formed and found in order to enhance the internship quality.
