文化资本理念在高职院校班级管理中的运用初探

On the Application of the Concept of Cultural Capital in the Class Management in Higher Vocational Technical Colleges

随着我国高职教育改革与发展的思路日渐清晰,高职院校班级管理也面临着新的挑战。班级,作为高职院校学生管理的基本单位和主平台,亟需科学管理理念的引导。文章阐述文化资本理念在高职院校班级管理中运用的价值,分析高职院校班级中存在的三种文化资本及其在班级管理中的具体运用,并指出文化资本理念在运用中的注意事项。

Along with the reform and development of higher vocational education in our country, the ideas about higher vocational education become increasingly clear and meanwhile the class management in higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges. Class,as the basic unit and the main platform for student management in vocational colleges, requires scientific management guidance. This paper illustrates the value of the application of the concept of cultural capital in the class management in higher vocational colleges, analyzes three kinds of cultural capital existing in higher vocational colleges in the class and their application in the class management, and finally points out what should be paid attention to in the application of the concept of cultural capital.
