企业参与职业教育的动机分析与应对措施

On the Motive Analysis of Enterprises' Participation into Vocational Education and its Relevant Countermeasures

从降低人力资源成本、人力资源可持续发展、产学研合作、人际关系、行业利益、承担社会责任的需要和遵循法律制度七个方面的需要对我国企业参与职业教育的动机进行分析,并从加强职业学校内涵建设、激发企业家参与校企合作的动机、提升企业社会责任意识、加强政府的支持作用、建立校企合作的法律法规五个角度提出激发我国企业参与职业教育的应对措施,以期推进我国职业教育的发展。

The motives of enterprises’ participation into vocational education are analyzed from seven needs, i.e. reducing HR cost, sustainable HR development, industry-study-research cooperation, personal relations, industrial interest, undertaking social responsibilities and following the legal system. The countermeasures on inspiring the Chinese enterprises to participate in vocational education are put forward from five perspectives. They are the quality construction of vocational institutes, entrepreneurs＇ interests of participating into school-enterprise cooperation, the consciousness of enterprises’ social responsibilities, the governmental support and the laws and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation.
