法学学科双师互动教学方法的实践分析

An Analysis of the Application of Double-Teachers Interactive Teaching Method in Law Discipline

针对当前法学教学模式的不足之处,西南政法大学在教学方法上进行了创新,实行两位教师同堂教学的新方法——双师互动教学。"双师多向互动式教学法",是通过教师之间的互动、师生之间的互动,培养学生主动学习的教学方法。探讨这种法学学科的教学新方法,为法学教育教学改革提供了新思路。

Facing the problems of legal instructional models, teachers of Southwest Politics and Law University made some innovations. They created a new class teaching model, i.e. interactive teaching methods, with two teachers teaching in one class. The essence of the Multi-direction Interactive Teaching Method is to motivate students to study actively through hassle between two teachers or discussion among teachers and students. To some extent, they made a new legal instructional model, and provided a new idea to the reform of legal instructional model.
