Initial Exploration of Inheritance and Changes in Customary Law of Miao People in Songtao in Qing Dynasty

从松桃苗族的特征、清代苗族习惯法的传承与变迁以及影响其变迁的因素等方面,对清代松桃地区苗族习惯法的历史演进作一个初步梳理,试图呈现其传承与变迁的大致轮廓。

Based on an examination of the characters of Miao People in Songtao, the inheritance and changes in customary law of this people in Qing Dynasty, and the elements influencing the changes, this paper aims to make an initial summary of the historical evolution of this customary law of this people in this period, and attempts to outline roughly its inheritance and changes.
