摘要
劳动监察执法在构建中国特色和谐劳动关系的历史任务中发挥着重要作用。如何提高劳动监察执法效能,是保证国家劳动保障法律、法规和规章得到切实遵守、维护用人单位和劳动者合法权益的关键因素。在社会管理工作不断发展和创新的今天,心理学在劳动管理工作的运用,正在成为推动劳动监察工作、提高劳动执法效能的一个新型应用工具。
Labor supervision law enforcement plays an important role in the historical task of building harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics.To improve the enforcement effectiveness is the key elements of ensuring that national laws and regulations concerning labor security are observed,and legal interests of employers and employees are protected.The adoption of Psychology in labor management is becoming a new applicable tool to improve labor supervision and law enforcement effectiveness.
