近年来,我国外汇管理局不断深化外汇制度改革。外汇管理政策的变化给银行带来了便利和市场机遇,同时也对银行的经营和管理能力提出了更高要求。针对外汇政策的调整,银行应重点加强对客户经理和外汇会计的培训和管理。

In recent years,our foreign exchange administration bureau has being unceasingly deepened the foreign exchange system reform.As far as the bank is concerned,the change of our foreign exchange management policy has not only brought convenience and market opportunities,but also put forward higher requirements for the administration and management of the bank.Against the adjustment for foreign exchange policy,the bank should enhance the training and management of its sales account managers and foreign exchange accountings.
