干细胞在肾脏再生中的应用研究进展

摘要 终末期肾病加剧了世界医疗资源的负担。现在迫切需要有效的策略,通过肾脏再生来预防进一步的肾损伤以及恢复肾功能。除了防止肾脏损伤,再生受损的肾组织对于延缓慢性肾脏疾病发展到终末期肾衰竭也是非常重要的。几种类型的干细胞,包括骨髓来源的细胞,脂肪来源的间充质干细胞,胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞都可应用于肾脏再生。基于这些研究和知识,我们希望能够创新更可靠的生物工程方法来应用于肾脏再生领域。 Kidney disease is an escalating burden all over the world. In addition to preventing kidney injury, regenerating damaged renal tissue is as important as to retard the progression of chronic kidney disease to end stage renal disease. Several types of stem cells, such as bone marrow-derived cells, adipocyte-derived mesenchymal stem cells, embryonic stem cells, and induced pluripotent stem cells are also applied for renal regeneration. Based on these studies and knowledge, we hope to innovate more reliable biotechnical methods for kidney regeneration medicine.
