电钻引导徒手椎弓根钉置钉技术在后路胸、腰段脊柱疾病的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨电钻引导徒手椎弓根钉置钉技术(太极椎弓根置钉技术)的临床应用。方法特发性脊柱侧弯15例,先天性脊柱侧弯5例,脊柱后突畸形3例,腰椎退行性疾病31例,胸腰段骨折脱位64例,共118例行椎弓根固定,采用电钻引导钻出钉道,徒手椎弓根置钉。结果 T1~T9置钉228枚,T10~T11置钉296枚,T12~L4置钉474枚,L5置钉58枚,S1置钉52枚,共1108枚,无置钉引发的血管、神经并发症;置钉操作中,发现置钉不准确28枚,重新置钉后无拔钉及松动,不影响椎弓根钉稳定性。结论电钻引导徒手椎弓根钉置钉法具有手术时间短,置钉可靠,适用于胸腰段脊柱疾病经椎弓根钉固定患者,是一种无需复杂设备就能准确置入椎弓根钉的手术方法,值得推广应用。
