摘要
一直以来对于水锁伤害的研究主要集中在微观孔隙的渗流理论研究和钻井、压裂过程中的水锁伤害研究,对于产水气井生产中后期水锁产生的研究很少且不系统,为了填补这方面空白,综合利用岩心实验分析、气井生产动态分析、数值模拟分析等手段,对产水气井水锁伤害开展研究,形成了水锁伤害研究方法,并以新场沙溪庙组气藏为例,分析了水锁产生原因、产生的过程、伤害程度,并形成了化学法解水锁工艺方案。
All the time, the study on water- blocking damage mainly focuses on two aspects, containing the percolation theory of micropores and the water- blocking damage during drilling and fracturing. But, few systematic researches about the damage during mid-late stage of production were carried out for most water-producing gas wells. So, based on core analysis, production performance, and numerical simulation, the water- blocking damage in water-producing gas wells is studied, and then some methods also form. Moreover, taking Shaximiao gas reservoir of Xinchang area as an example, we analyze the cause, process, and damage degree of water blocking, and finally develop a water-blocking removal technology.
