摘要
针对川西气田单井的生产特征,开展了不分离湿气带液计量工艺的试验研究,优选智能旋进漩涡流量计开展现场试验,通过与标准孔板节流计量的对比探讨了该工艺在川西气田运用的可行性,通过对不同工况下误差的跟踪分析界定了工艺适用的工况条件,并结合新井和老井不同的生产特征,制定了相应的现场推广应用方案:对于新井初期可采用湿气计量与临时分离计量并联的方式运行,待气井生产稳定后拆除临时分离撬;而对于老井可直接进行带液湿气计量改造。
For some single wells in western Sichuan gasfield,an experiment on fluid-carrying metering process without wet-gasseparation was implemented, and a field lab to optimize a swirlmeter was carried on. Moreover, after comparing with a standard orifice flowmeter, the application of the swirlmeter to this field was discussed. A new scheme which may be expanded was formulated on the basis of error trace and many differences during their production between old and new gas wells. Results show that(1)for these new wells, an operational way combining wet- gas metering with temporary separation metering can be applied during their early stage, and the temporary separation skid can not be removed until a gas well is in a stable production; and(2)another way of liquid-carrying gas-wet metering can be applied to those old wells.
