低效须家河组致密气藏区块投资效益综合评价探析

Comprehensive Evaluation of Investment Returns on Tight-gas Reservoir of Xujiahe Formation

针对川渝地区须家河组气藏低效油气区块的气井投产后压力和产量下降速度较快、稳产能力较差的情况,为提高钻井成功率及单井产量来实现效益开发,利用投资效益评价方法和评价指标体系对低效区块综合投资效益进行评价,详细介绍了效益评价方法和6项效益指标及亿方产能投资效果指标,分析了气藏低效区块的盈利能力和投资效果,并提出降本增效的对策,包括:采用适应气藏储层特征的高产布井模式,强化井位论证;优化钻试方案设计,控制钻井投资成本;加大生产运行力度,高效组织生产建设;加大新工艺新技术应用和攻关,突出科技支撑作用;探索管理模式创新,加大市场化运作力度。

Two situations, pressure and production decreasing very quickly as well as poor capacity of stable production after a gas well is put into production, often appear in many low- efficient blocks, Xujiahe Formation gas reservoirs in Sichuan-Chongqing area. So, in order to increase drilling success and single-well production to finally realize an effective development, both investment effect evaluation method and evaluation index system are firstly usedto assess a comprehensive investment effect for these blocks; and then, the effect evaluation method, six effect indexes, and investment effect index for 108m3 productivity are presented in detail;thirdly, the profitability and investment effect are analyzed; and finally, some countermeasures against cost reduction are made, including(1)to use a high-yield and well-spacing mode suitable for reservoir characteristics, and to firm up a well-location demonstration;(2)to optimize a drilling and well-testing scheme design, and to control drilling investment cost;(3)to intensify an operation run and to efficiently organize a construction;(4)to enlarge the application of new technologies and to make their breakthrough; and(5)to explore a new mode of management and innovation, and to speed up a marketization.
