Construction and Operation of Distance Education Learning Center

远程教育学习中心是连接办学主体与学习者的"桥梁",学习中心对开放大学建设和事业发展发挥着重要的基础性作用。分析了学习中心的发展历史、概念界定等内容,探讨了学习中心的管理模式、职责划分、建设路径、建设标准、评估指标及其运行管理等问题,指出了未来的研究方向。

As a connecting ＂bridge＂ between school and learners, the learning centers have played an important and fundamental role in the construction and career development of Open University. Starting from the historical development of learning centers to clarify the concept, scope and clas- sitleation of learning center, this paper further explores the management, segregation of duties,, construction paths, construction standards, evaluation in- dex system, etc. On that basis, it points out the fuiure research direction.
