基层电大发展非学历继续教育现状及对策——以通辽电大为例

Current Situation and strategy for Developing Non-Academic Education in Basic-level TV University

基层电大是开放大学发展非学历继续教育的主力军。从基层电大发展非学历继续教育的意义以及发展中存在的问题入手,从项目运作市场化、管理专业化;预设多种方案,减少专业约束;利用现代远程教育,加强教育资源整合;加强教师培训,树立服务意识等四个方面对基层电大发展非学历继续教育提出了建议,为基层电大有效发展非学历继续教育提供了参考意见。

Town - level TV University is a main force of Non - academic Further Education for Opening University. This thesis demonstrates the significance of developing town - level Non - academic Further Education and tackles the problems which exist in it, putting forward four suggestions： operating market -based project and taking professional management; presetting schemes and reducing major- restraint; taking advantages of distance - education and reinforcing integration of educational resources; and enhancing teachers training and building up service consciousness. These provide valu- able references for developing Non - academic Further Education in town - level TV Universities.
