摘要
目前电站中煤水分一直采用的是离线取样测量,不具有现场实时性,需要能够快速准确测量的方法来测量煤水分。提出一种基于制粉系统热量平衡机理分析的在线监测水分软测量技术,并且根据DCS组态的要求简化公式来实现水分的测量。该模型把一些离线数据看做定值,通过从SIS系统中提取给煤机给煤量,磨煤机入口一次风量、一次风温度等数据来实现对入炉煤水分值的监测。现场应用表明,该模型能较为准确地给出入炉煤收到基水分的实时状况,为解决现场工作的需要提供了一个好方法。
At present,samplling and lab measurement are mostly used to measure coal moisture in electric power station,which have no on-site real-time property.Therefore,a new fast and accurate measurement method will be needed to measure coal moisture.This paper presents a soft measurement technique for online monitoring coal moisture based on heat balance of coal pulverizing system,as well as a simplified formula for the moisture measurement based on the requirements of DCS configuration.This model takes some off-line data as fixed value,from SIS system extracts the data bout coal feed amount,primary air flow and tempreture at coal milling entrance,thereby to realize the monitoring of boiler firing coal moisture.Field application shows that this model can correctly measure the real-time boiler firing coal moisture,proved a good method for field work.
