摘要
台山核电厂EDR机组发电机定子冷却水系统的设计是通过孔板来调整系统管路的流量。系统调试中的流量分配试验,需要调整多个管路的节流孔板以达到设计要求。应用流同仿真技术,建立物理的数值模型,模拟定冷水系统的流量压力关系,并一次性计算确定各孔板孔径,快速地完成流量分配试验。此方法应用对于具有复杂流量压力关系的系统调试具有实际的推广价值。
Taishan Nuclear Power Plant EPR generator stator cooling water system has been designed to adjust the system pipe flow through the orifice plate.In the system debugging flow distribution test,it is a must to adjust the throttling orifice plate of multiple pipes in order to meet the design requirements.This paper proposes a method by applying flow simulation technology,establishing physical numerical model,simulating flow/pressure relation of stator cooling water system,making one-time calculation to determine the orifice diameter,and quickly completing the flow distribution test.This method has the practical promotion value in debugging the system with complex flow/pressure relation.
