摘要
由于行业资金链等问题,光伏产业的融资难困扰着产业的发展,针对此种现象,研究了光伏电站网络众筹模式。介绍了美国马赛克公司的商业融资及经营模式,阐述了我国众筹模式在中国光伏电站融资中面临的问题,提出以多种模式进行资金筹集,完善监管机制和法律体系,引入担保机制和保险机制等措施。
Due to such problems as industry capital chain,financing difficulties have plagued the development of photovoltaic industry.Therefore,this paper researches the Internet crowdfunding for PV power stations.It introduces the commercial financing and management pattern of Mosaic Company in America,and expounds the the crowdfunding problems in China′s PV power plants.Finally,it proposes employing a variety of funding modes,improving the supervision mechanism and legal system,and introducing guarantee and insurance mechanism,etc.
