Acceptance Plan for Secondary Power Equipment in Intelligent Substation

智能变电站是坚强智能电网建设中实现能源转化和控制的核心平台之一,前景广阔。随着大量智能站的建设投运,其如何验收已经成为当前智能站管理重要的一环。作为变电站的核心部分,继电保护、回路等二次设备方面的验收成为全站验收工作的重点和难点,对智能变电站二次设备方面如何验收提出了相应标准和见解,供参考借鉴。

Intelligent substation,as one of the core platforms to achieve energy conversion and control in the strong smart grid construction,has bright prospect.With the wide extension of intelligent substations,the acceptance check has become an important link of intelligent substation management.As the core of the substation,the acceptance check of secondary power equipment（e.g.relay protection,circuit）becomes the key and difficult step of the total acceptance check.This paper presents the criteria and insights about acceptance check of the second equipment in intelligent substation.
