Leakage Reasons and Optimal Layout for Coal-Fired Boiler Drain Pipe

随着发电锅炉运行时间的增加,锅炉设备部件老化及泄漏现象愈来愈多,尤其是发电锅炉的"四管"一旦发生泄漏,造成发电机组"非停"现象,严重威胁着上海电网的安全运行。就上海目前发电锅炉疏水管的缺陷状况,对疏水管泄漏原因进行分析,并提出防范措施及优化布置的方法。该优化布置已在发电锅炉现场检修过程加以实施,从侧面保证了发电锅炉的安全运行。

With the increase of running time,the ageing and leakage of power boiler equipment components are becoming more and more serious.Particularly the leakage of power boiler ＂four tubes＂ will lead to ＂abnormal shutdown＂ of the generating units,seriously threatening the safety of Shanghai power grid operation.Considering the current defects of power boiler drain pipe in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the reasons of drain pipe leakage,and proposes the preventive measures and optimal layout.The optimal layout has been applied to the on-site inspection of power boiler to ensure the safe operation.
