摘要
磨煤机是火电企业的最重要辅机之一,是制粉系统的最主要的设备。动态旋转分离器严重影响着制粉系统的出力和性能,结合燃烧调整实验对动态旋转分离器进行优化调节可以得到机组实际运行的经济煤粉细度,进而达到节能降耗的目的。
Coal pulverizer,the main equipment of coal pulverizing system,is one of the most important auxiliary machinery in thermal power enterprises.Dynamic rotary separator seriously affects the output and performance of the coal pulverizing system.This paper makes the optimal regulation of dynamic rotary separator combined with the combustion adjustment experiment to obtain the economical pulverized coal fineness required by actual unit operation,thus achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
