摘要
参照国标中的相关规定,对剩余电流动作断路器(RCCB)进行气候试验、寿命试验、防尘试验。模仿产品在正常工作时的工作环境下,对其可靠性进行试验验证。对试验中的失效RCCB进行失效机理分析。探究RCCB在使用中的各种失效原因,提出解决方案。通过对操作机构的尺寸计算书分析,验证了公差配合的重要性及合理性。通过对EMR的脱扣特性分析,验证了RCCB存在第一次动作电流偏大现象。
With reference to the related international standards,climate test,life test,dust proof test have been conducted for residual current circuit breaker(RCCB).Normal working conditions were simulated for product reliability test and failure mechanism analysis was made for the defunct RCCB.The causes for RCCB failures are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed.The analysis of the size calculation of operating organizations validates the importance and rationality of tolerance matching.And the analysis of EMR tripping characteristics verifies that large current has occurred during RCCB first operation.
