双波长分光光度法测定雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片含量

Determination of Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric- coated Tablets by Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry

应用双波长分光光度法测定雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片中雷贝拉唑钠的含量。以磷酸盐缓冲液为溶剂，在波长290nm、360nm处进行测定，测得雷贝拉唑钠的线性范围是0．2002～1．801mg／mL，相关系数为0．9997。雷贝拉唑钠的回收率为99．7％～100．4％，测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．218％。

Dual wavelength spectrophotometry is used for the determination of rabeprazole sodium in rabe- prazole sodium enteric -coated tablets. The solvent is phosphate buffer and the determine wavelength is 290 nm and 360 nm, respectively. The linear calibration curve of rabeprazole sodium ranges 0.200 2 - 1. 801 mg/mL, and the correlation coefficients is 0.999 7. The recovery of rabeprazole sodium was 99.7% - 100.4% and RSD is 0.218%.
