深化高职院校思政课教学改革的“五位一体”

Deepening of the “Five in One” of Ideological and Political Course Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校思政课教学是一个涉及教材、教师、学生等多维要素的系统工程。要建设好这项系统工程,必须深化教材、教法、教师、学生、考核"五位一体"的思政课教学改革,即整合教材内容,构建适合高职思政课教学的教学体系;创新教学方法,探索适宜高职思政课教学的有效模式;建设高素质专业化教师队伍,充分发挥高职教师的"主导"作用;立足学生实际,准确把握高职思政课教学的"主体"特征;采取灵活多样的考核方式,创新吻合学生学习效果的评价模式。

The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a systematic project involving the teaching materials,teachers,students and other factors.To build it well,＂Five in One＂ of the teaching materials,methods,teachers,students,and assessment of the Ideological and political theory course teaching reform must be deepened.That is to say,the teaching contents must be integrated to construct the teaching system of the higher vocational college Ideological and Political course; the teaching methods must be innovated to explore suitable vocational ideological and political teaching effective mode; the high-quality professional teachers must be constructed to give full play to the higher vocational teachers ＂leading role＂; the actual students must be based on,to accurately grasp ＂the main body＂ features of the higher vocational ideological and political course teaching; and flexible and diverse way of evaluation must be adopted to innovate the evaluation model fitting the students＇ learning effect.
