摘要
目的考察不同阿奇霉素静脉滴注时间应用于小儿肺炎的治疗中的依从性和效果。方法将90例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为A、B、C组,每组30例。A组患儿给予阿奇霉素10 mg·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,30min/次,1次/d,6d为1个疗程。B组患儿给予阿奇霉素10mg·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,2h/次,1次/d,6d为1个疗程。C组患儿给予阿奇霉素10mg·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,4h/次,1次/d,6d为1个疗程。比较2组患儿临床疗效、症状消失时间、治疗依从性和不良反应。结果 B、C 2组患儿治疗有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05),B、C2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B、C 2组患儿各症状消失时间均显著短于A组(P<0.01,P<0.05),B、C 2组间肺部鸣音消失时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B 2组患儿治疗依从性显著优于C组患儿(P<0.05),A、B 2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B 2组患儿不良反应发生率显著少于C组(P<0.05),A、B 2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以2h/次的给药时间进行阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗临床疗效显著,症状消失快,依从性高且不良反应少,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and compliance of different azithromycin intravenous duration on pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in group A were treated by azithromycin intravenous 10mg·kg-1·d-1,30min/time,once a day and six day as a course.Patients in group B were treated by azithromycin intravenous 10mg·kg-1·d-1,2h/time, once a day and six day as a course. Patients in group C were treated by azithromycin intravenous10mg·kg-1·d-1,4h/time,once a day and six day as a course.The clinical efficacy rate,symptom disappear time,compliance and adverse reaction rate were compared between three groups.Results The clinical efficacy rate in group B and group C were significantly higher than that in group A(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C in clinical efficacy rate(P〉0.05).The symptom disappear time in group B and group C were significantly less than that in group A(P〈0.01,P〈0.05).The wheeze disappear time in group C was significantly less than that in group B(P〈0.05).The compliance in group A and group B were significantly better than that in group C(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B in compliance(P〉0.05).The adverse reaction rate in group A and group B were significantly less than that in group C(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B in adverse reaction rate(P〉0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin intravenous 10 mg·kg-1·d-1,2h/time has a better clinical effects and compliance which lead to less adverse reaction and worth clinical application.
