摘要
目的探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术(TST)治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔的临床疗效。方法按照1∶1的原则,将60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔患者随机分为TST组和混合痔外切内扎术(Milligan-Morgan)组,对2组患者术后疼痛、水肿等并发症进行观察、对比。结果 TST在减轻患者的疼痛指数、降低肛缘水肿、促进创面愈合时间明显优于Milligan-Morgan术,TST综合疗效优于Milligan-Morgan。结论 TST能减少Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔术后并发症、促进患者快速康复。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tissue selecting therapy（TST）in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Sixty cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group（TST）and control group（Milligan-Morgan）,the curative effects were compared.Results The post-operative pain and edema was of significant differences.Conclusion TST has good effects on mixed hemorrhoids and few complications.
