脑卒中危险因素干预中社区健康宣教的实施价值

Application Value of Community Health Education on Risk Factors of Cerebral Apoplexy

目的:通过在社区中开展健康干预,研究社区健康宣教对于控制脑卒中发病率作用。方法:选取本院所辖38家社康中心在2013年10月-2014年3月体检中符合脑卒中前期病症标准的患者896例,并将其随机分为两组,对照组446例,观察组450例,对照组仅给予对症治疗,观察组除了相同的对症治疗外,还对其进行健康干预。结果:观察组宣教后血糖、血压、体重指数正常率及合理生活方式显著升高,宣教前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组上述指标无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组宣教前后脑卒中发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区健康宣教能够有效降低脑卒中危险因素水平,控制脑卒中发病率。

Objective：To explore the role of community health education in controlling the incidence of cerebral apoplexy through health intervention in the community.Method：896 cases of patients were selected from 38 community and health centers under the jurisdiction of our hospital from October 2013 to March 2014,all of the patients were in accordance with the standard of early to medium cerebral apoplexy in the physical examinations and were randomly divided into the control group of 446 cases and the observation group of 450.The control group was only given symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was given health intervention in addition to the symptomatic treatments.Result：The normol rate of blood glucose,blood pressure,BMI and reasonable lifestyle of observation group were all significantly increased than the before education,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）,while the above indicators were not significantly changed in the control group;after education the incidence of cerebral apoplexy was not obviously changed in the observation group,while that was significantly increased in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion：Community health education can effectively reduce the level of risk factors for cerebral apoplexy and control the incidence of cerebral apoplexy.
