摘要
目的:探讨个体化健康教育在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年4月-2014年4月期间收入本院的80例老年高血压患者,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予个体化健康教育干预,观察及比较两组患者个体化健康教育前后血压、健康教育后高血压相关知识掌握情况及SF-36量表评分情况。结果:个体化健康教育后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,高血压相关知识掌握程度及格率明显高于对照组,SF-36量表的各维度评分均优于对照组,以上各项两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施个体化健康教育可明显提高老年高血压患者治疗效果,有效控制血压,改善患者生活质量,提高患者对高血压相关知识的认识。
Objective:To study the application effect of individualized health education on senile patients with hypertension.Method:80 senile patients with hypertension in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with conventional care and the observation group was treated with individualized health education interventions on the basis of routine care.The blood pressure of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared before and after individualized health education,the grasp situation of hypertension related knowledge and SF-36 scores of the patients were assessed after health education.Result:After individualized health education,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the pass rate of hypertension related knowledge grasp of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the dimension scores of SF-36 scales of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups in the aspects above were all statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The implement of individualized health education in senile patients with hypertension can significantly improve the treatment effect,control the blood pressure effectively,improve patients' quality of life and increase the awareness of hypertension related knowledge.
