强化式健康教育对鼻咽癌出院患者的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Strengthening Health Education for Discharged Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探讨强化式健康教育对鼻咽癌出院患者的实施效果。方法:将出院的82例鼻咽癌患者,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例,两组患者住院期间均接受病房统一实施的整体化护理(包括相同的健康教育及出院指导),观察组在此基础上实施出院后的强化式健康教育。出院3个月后对患者关于鼻咽癌相关健康教育知识掌握程度及遵医行为进行比较。结果:观察组患者对鼻咽癌6项相关健康教育知识基本了解率、遵医行为方面优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌出院患者进行强化式健康教育可以提高患者对疾病的认识,提高遵医行为,达到自我照顾、提高生活质量的目的。

Objective：To study the strengthening health education effect for discharged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Method：Discharged of 82 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group（n=41）,two groups during hospitalization were implemented uniformly accepted the ward holistic nursing care（including the same health education,and discharged guidance）,the observation group based on the implementation of strengthening health education after discharged.To compare with their master degree on health education knowledge about the nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and their compliance behaviors after 3 months discharged from hospital.Result：The grasp degree of relative knowledge about nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and the compliance behaviors in observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening health education for discharged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve patients＇ understanding of disease and their compliance behaviors,so as to achieve the goal of self-care,to improve the quality of life.
