宿州特色产业集群加快发展的路径研究

Research on the Path to Accelerate the Development of Suzhou Characteristic Industrial Cluster

安徽省宿州市经济跨越发展的核心在产业,特色产业集群加快发展是实现跨越的必然抉择。宿州政府立足资源比较优势,发展劳动密集型、资源精深加工型和市场依托型特色产业,实施了培育、培植、培强和培优特色产业集群发展战略,探索出一条适合宿州特色产业集群的发展道路,以宿州市主城区做为特色产业群增长主极,县区为特色产业群增长次极,产业在空间布局上连点串成线、串线扩成面、面面聚成块的布局分散产业链接的多极化发展格局,特色产业集群发展成效显著。然而,集群规模不大、产业链不完整、协作配套程度弱,政府主导不到位,市场引导缺位等制约了集群的加快发展。为此,文章提出了特色产业集群加快发展再造新路径的五点对策建议。

The core of Suzhou great-leap-forward economic development is the industry,and the fast development of thecharacteristic industrial cluster is the inevitable choice to realize it. Suzhou government based on the comparative advantagesof resources,has developed labor intensive,resource intensive processing and the market characteristic industry for the imple-mentation of the breeding,cultivation,strong culture characteristic industrial cluster development strategy,and a suitable de-velopment path for Suzhou characteristics of industrial clusters. Suzhou city urban area is as the main pole,developing char-acteristic industrial clusters growth area in four counties to develop characteristic industrial clusters growth pole,industrypoint into line in space layout,then into face,everything together into pieces scattered layout of industry links multi-polariza-tion development pattern,which is productive. However,there are some problems to constrain its development,such as,smallscale,incomplete industrial chain,weak cooperation,lack of government leading,and lack of market guide. To this end,theauthor puts forward the five characteristic industrial clusters to speed up the development countermeasures of the new path.
