摘要
研究了一种可用于钢筋表面防腐的新型无机防腐涂料(Super Property Coatings-BAR,简称SPC-B),并对这种无机防腐涂料的凝结时间、力学强度、抗氯离子的渗透能力等进行了初步的试验研究,同时通过机械喷涂设备对这种防腐涂料SPC-B的可施工性进行了探究.试验结果表明,该涂料凝结速度快,终凝2 h,28天强度高达141.6N·mm-2,硬化后所形成的钢筋涂覆层不仅和钢筋表面有很好的粘附力,同时具有很好的抗氯离子渗透的能力(28天的电通量为241C),并且可在工地采用机械化作业的方式喷涂这种新型的建筑无机防腐涂料,这为快速地和大面积地对建筑钢筋进行防腐预处理提供了一种新的可能性.
A newly inorganic corrosion protection paint named Super Property Coatings-BAR( SPC-B for short)was studied,which can be available for rebar surface to protect it from corrosion. And the technical properties,such as setting time,mechanical strength,and the resistance to chloride-ion penetration,were investigated. The possibility of spraying with spray machine was also tested. The results showed that the final setting time was only2 hours,the corrosion protection paint has rapid setting and a good adhesion between coating and surface of steel bar after the paint hardening,and which has good resistance to chloride-ion penetration( the 28 days electric flux was only 241 C). This newly inorganic corrosion protection paint can be used by spray machine on the building site,which provides a new possibility for rapid and large area anticorrosion pretreatment on construction steel bar.
