摘要
古蜀历史文化悠久灿烂,蜀锦蜀绣既是蚕桑丝绸的文化艺术遗产又是纺织技术的体现和传承。论文就成都蜀锦织绣博物馆织锦类文物展品的英译存在的问题进行分析,指出导致误译的原因,并提出可供参考的改译。
Ancient Sichuan enjoys a long history and splendid culture,and its fine crafts of embroidery and brocade are the cultural heritage of sericulture and the product of advanced spinning techniques. This essay analyses the problems in English translations of silk fabrics displayed in Chengdu Shu Brocade and Embroidery Museum, points out the causes and provides tentative rectification.
