2MV陡前沿冲击试验装置同步技术研究

摘要 介绍2 MV陡前沿冲击试验装置用于实验室模拟VFTO,通过对该装置进行气体开关的过电压分析,发现开关自然过电压倍数不够高是导致装置同步性问题的主要原因。结合装置已有的结构,提出了一种基于三电极场畸变气体开关击穿特性的气体开关优化布置同步技术,显著改善了同步性能。 A 2 MV steep rise time impulse voltage experimental equipment established in this paper is applied to simulate VFTO in a Lab..The main reason of the equipment synchronous problems is found that the nature overvoltage times are not high enough using the gas switch overvoltage analysis on the equipment.It is proposed that the synchronous technology on the optimal layout of the gas switch based on the breakdown characteristics of the three electrodes field distortion gas switch.And its synchronous performance is improved.
