通过研究找到了一种从未使用过的方法,可以在不停电状况下,安全测量区分10 kV电流互感器各二次绕组属于那一类型的二次绕组。
Found out a kind of method that has never used through a research, can under the sistuation that don＆#39;t the power is off, the safety diagraph classifies a 10 kV electric current with each other feeling machine two for each round a set to belong to that two times rounding of the type set.
