摘要 细胞穿透肽(CPPs)是一种能够穿透细胞膜的多肽,可携带多种物质进入细胞内,并产生生理活性.现有一些抗肿瘤药物由于其本身的水溶性差、活性低、毒性大和易产生耐药性等缺陷,影响了肿瘤治疗效果.综述了近几年来细胞穿透肽增强抗肿瘤效果的研究进展,为更好地寻求治疗肿瘤药物的给药途径提供新思路. Cell penetrating peptides (CPPs), a class of peptides with a remarkable capacity for membrane transportation, can deliver a large variety of biological cargoes and induce the biological effects. Some existing anticancer drugs due to their poor solubility, low efficacy, high toxicity and multi-drug resistance, thus affect the effects of cancer treatment. The current research progresses of cell penetrating peptides enhancing the anticancer effect were reviewed. New ideas were put forward for seeking efficient delivery system of anticancer drugs.
