摘要
能力建构是公益慈善组织面对的重要课题。本文聚焦于组织层面的能力建构,在对已有理论梳理的基础上,从组织发展、领导发展、项目发展与收入发展四个维度来编制能力建构量表,并以珠海市的公益慈善组织为对象展开调查。探索性因素分析结果显示能力建构量表的内在结构与理论预设基本相符,具有一定的结构效度。独立样本t检验和双变量分析发现获取政府直接支持成立的组织,其能力建构程度并不一定很高,而资金来源多样性、员工工作胜任程度、理事会成员作用评价对组织能力建构有显著的正向影响。
Capacity building for charity organizations has gradually become an important issue in China mainland. This paper mainly focuses on the organizational level of capacity building, and designs a capacity building scale which consists of organization development, leadership development, project development and income development. Based on questionnaire data in Zhuhai, exploratory factor analysis indicates that the capacity building scale has certain structural validity compared with the given theory.Independent sample t-test and bivariate analysis shows that income source, board of directors and staff competent is positive relation with organizational capacity building; however, some charity organizations, which received direct support from government when established, have not inevitably a high level of capacity building.
