摘要
针对目前立井施工中的悬吊提升装置依靠工人经验操作,监测信息不全面,易出现吊盘倾斜、吊模卡挂、稳车断绳等事故的问题,提出了一种立井施工提升装置安全监控系统实现方案,主要介绍了该系统的组成及关键技术。该系统实现了立井施工提升装置的集中控制、主要故障监测和保护以及施工管理功能。
For problems of hanging scaffold slant,full body stuck,winch rope rupture caused bymanual operation of lifting device for vertical shaft construction according to experience and incomplete monitoring information at present,an implementation scheme of safety monitoring and control system of lifting device for vertical shaft construction was proposed,and compositions and key technologies were focused on.The system can realize functions of integrated control of lifting device for vertical shaft construction,main fault monitoring and protection and construction management.
