摘要 目的优选益脑康颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选方法,以浸膏量和高效液相色谱法测定浸膏中黄芪甲苷的含量为评价指标,进行正交设计试验。结果优选的水提工艺为提取3次,每次加15倍量水,每次提取0.5 h。结论该方法科学合理,结果稳定可靠,可用于该制剂的提取工艺研究。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yinaokang particles. Methods Amount of solvent, the extraction time and number of extraction on effect of the extraction rate of astragaloside were evaluated by orthogonal test,using the paste rate and the content of astragaloside as quantitative indicators. The content of astragaloside was determinated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results The best extraction process of the compatibility of Yinaokang particles is that they are extracted for three times, and 0.5 hour each time with water 15 times amount of the medicine. Conclusion The extraction process is stable, reliable, saving time and materials.The study provides the experimental evidence for the extraction process of Yinaokang particles.
