板蓝根新品系品质考察及板蓝根质量标准改进

Studies on Quality of Newly-developed Radix Isatidis and Improve Quality Standards of the Radix Isatidis

目的考察板蓝根新品系的内在品质;改进板蓝根质量标准。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版(一部)板蓝根质量标准及附录相关方法 ,比较板蓝根新品系与市售板蓝根的内在质量;薄层鉴别以水和80%甲醇为溶剂作比较,含量测定项下供试品制备以超声处理和煎煮作比较。结果板蓝根新品系内在质量达到《中国药典》2010年版(一部)标准;薄层鉴别以水为溶剂提取效果好,含量测定样品处理以超声方法更为简便有效。结论板蓝根新品系内在品质优良;改进后的薄层鉴别方法合理,结果呈阳性。改进后的含量测定方法操作简便、有效可行。

Objective Study the quality of newly-developed Radix Isatidis and improve the quality standards of the Radix Isatidis. Methods Compare the newly-developed Radix Isatidis with the Radix Isatidis on the market by the Radix quality standards and related methods in The Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010）;Do TLC respectively with water and methanol of concentration 80%, and compare the result. Prepare the sample respectively by ultrasonic processing and boiling to assay. Results The quality of the newly-developed Radix Isatidis reaches the quality standard set in The Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010）. It has a better effect to do assaying with water and with ultrasonic processing. Conclusion The newly-developed Radix Isatidis has a good quality, and the improved TLC method is reasonable, which result is positive. The improved content determination method is simple, effective and easy to operate.
