摘要 目的研究桂枝水提液中总糖的含量测定方法。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,蒽酮比色法测定桂枝水提液中总糖的含量。结果葡萄糖含量在0-80μg与吸光度成良好的线性关系;在显色后22 min内测定吸光度数值稳定;平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为0.745%(n=6);结论本方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,重复性良好,可用于中药水提液中总糖含量的测定方法。 Objective To investigate the method for total sugar in Cassia Twig decoction. Methods Glucose was used as the reference substance,and anthrone colorimetry was applied to determine the content of total sugar in Cassia Twig decoction. Results The calibration curve of glucose showed good linearity in the range of 0 - 80 μg; The absorbance is stable in 22 minutes after adding reagent. The average recovery was 97.96%, RSD = 0.745%(n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, the result is reliable and with good repeatability. It can be used to the determination of total sugar in Chinese herbal decoctions.
