民族院校与本地区体育资源共享的影响因素研究

Research on Affecting Factors between National Colleges and Regional Sports Resource Sharing

通过调研文献资料,对影响民族院校与本地区体育资源共享的因素进行分析、综合,提出在民族院校与本地区体育资源共享方面,将转变观念,健全管理机制;建立资源共享责任承担制度;发挥资源优势,开展多形式的服务;加强媒体宣传,开发校园体育文化的建设;多渠道集资、可持续发展等作为院校改革的重点,并提出建议。

Through literature research,it analyzes and the shares resources of national colleges and regional sports resources sharing. The paper puts forward that resources sharing between the national colleges and regional sports, it will change ideas and perfect management mechanism. Besides, it can help to set up a resource sharing responsibility system, make full use of its advantages in resources and develop multi-form service. The paper also points out that strengthening the development of medium and developing the campus sports culture. Multi-channel financing and sustainable development are the focus of college reform. Finally, the author puts forward own corresponding suggestions so that it can provide the corresponding reference for future national sports resources sharing strategy.
