地佐辛在全麻诱导气管插管中的应用价值

The Application Value of Dezocine on Endotracheal Intubation under Induction of General Anesthesia

目的探讨地佐辛在全麻诱导气管插管中的应用价值。方法筛选2013年1月至2014年6月于我院进行全麻择期手术患者106例,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组53例,其中试验组患者于全麻诱导前静脉给予5 mg地佐辛行超前镇静,对照组同期静脉给予1 m L生理盐水,比较两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者地佐辛注入后10 min呼吸频率明显较对照组及注入前加快(P<0.05),试验组患者气管插管后5 min舒张压(SBP)、收缩压(DBP)与麻醉诱导前比较无显著差异(P>0.05),与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);试验组患者全麻丙泊酚用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且试验组术后各时期VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛作为全麻手术超前镇痛药物具有较好的术中镇痛、镇静效果,可降低全麻药物的应用剂量,并有利于稳定患者术中血流动力学指标,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To study the application value of Dezocine on endotracheal intubation under induction of general anesthesia. Methods 106 cases undergoing selective operation and general anesthesia between January 2013 and June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object.106 cases would be divided into experimental group and control group by using stochastic way,53 cases in each group.The experimental group was injected with 5 mg Dezocine and accepted preemptive analgesia before general anesthesia induction while the control group was given1 ml saline via vein pump. We would compare the anesthesia effects and adverse reactions in two groups. Results The breath frequency of the experimental group at 10 min after Dezocine injection was obviously faster than that of the control group and before.Compared with before anesthesia induction,the SBP and DBP of the experimental group had no significant difference at 5 min after endotracheal intubation but had more difference than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）.The dosage of general anesthesia propofol of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group at postoperative periods（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions had no significant difference in both groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Dezocine as preemptive analgesia drug has good analgesic and sedative effects,which can reduce the dose of general anesthetics and help to stabilize intraoperative hemodynamic indexes. It has great clinical application and popularization values.
