摘要
美国为期十年的"未来师资培训计划"不仅成功地提高了未来高校教师——博士们的教学能力和职业适应力,还凸显出鲜明的特点:目标明确,定位适当;多方组织,双边参与;内容丰富,形式灵活;模式多样,过程连续;经费来源多渠道性。这对优化我国博士生培养制度、强化博士生对教学的关注、提高教育质量具有重要的借鉴意义。
The ten-year Preparing Future Faculty in American that not only successfully improved the fu-ture teachers of colleges and universities—— Ph D students' teaching ability and vocational adaptability,alsohighlighted the distinct characteristics: specific goals,proper positioning;multilateral agencies,bilateral in-volvement;rich in content,flexible in form;diversified pattern,continuous process;sources of funds throughvarious channels. Which important significance was that for optimizing the system of doctoral education in ourcountry,strengthening the doctoral students focus on teaching,improving the quality of higher education.
