摘要
采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对国内有关体育教师文化的研究成果进行了综述。普通高校体育教师文化缺位主要表现在:体育教师课程意识缺失、知识结构失衡、共享意识欠缺、教育教学行为相对封闭和保守。为了适应时代发展和体育课程改革的需要,必须从以下几方面对体育教师文化进行重建:体育教师应培养明确的课程意识、自主优化知识结构、学会反思并勤于反思,体育教研室应向学习型组织转型。
It argued some research results from national researchers based on literature data logical analysis methods. There were some characteristics for the literature scarcity such as lack of curriculum consciousness and sharing,unbalance of knowledge structure,and conservative pedagogical behaviors. In order to satisfy the need of era development and curriculum reform,we have to rebuild the system,in this paper we will argue for the following aspects: definiting curriculum consciousness,optimizing knowledge structure,having regular reflection,and transformation physical staff room to learning organization.
