摘要
从社会学、文化学及体育学角度,对中职篮外援引进及使用政策进行了梳理,对竞技特征进行了定量实证分析,对制度嬗变进行了反思。研究发现:外援制度是竞技体育文化交流的必要途径,制度更迭是篮球文化理念、群体功利诉求及管理运行机制等因素制衡的结果;对外援赛季竞技表现与球队战绩的关联性启发重新认知及反思,对转变篮球训练理念及思维方式,兼顾俱乐部、外援、篮协等不同群体权益诉求,以人为本管理,积极参与引导激励具有重要意义。
In the paper based on the background of market economy and social change,from the angle of sociology,culture and sports science,detailed combing CBA foreign player introduction and using policy; quantitative empirical analysis of the competitive characters,and the reflection of the change in system has been carried out. Study found that foreign player system is the necessity to competitive sports cultural exchange; institutional change is the the result of factors such as culture ideas,group utilitarian appeal,management operation mechanism,checks and balances of basketball sport; foreign players' season performance and team success inspired to reflection on the correlation of the shift of basketball training ideas and ways of thinking,which has significant meaning in the preservation of the rights of different groups such as basketball association,clubs,and foreign players,people-oriented management,actively guide encourage participation.
