摘要
通过对螺丝柱的结构和工艺性进行分析,确定了内螺纹采用螺纹旋转芯型抽芯机构,整个塑件采用电机带动齿轮进行自动螺旋脱模,以及选用了侧胶口进胶的模具设计方案,并详细介绍了模具的工作过程。经生产证明,螺丝柱模具生产的塑件完全符合设计要求,在同类塑件的模具设计中有一定的借鉴作用。
Through the analysis of the structure and process of the screw column, the tuner screw thread used rotary core core pulling mechanism, the product uses the electric motor drives the gearautomatic spiral mold, and the mold design, side gate pouring adhesive, and introduces the working process of the mold.
