The Design and Manufacture of Rotating LED

设计与制作旋转LED的难点在于如何给旋转部件供电以及如何确定LED灯的位置。供电方式大致有使用电刷、改造电机、无线输电、自身发电等几种方式。确定LED灯位置的精确方法是使用位置编码器;粗略的方式是确定一个起始点,后面的各个点用一个固定的延时确定。制作完成后还需要对单片机编程使旋转LED显示不同的图形。

The difficulty of the design and production of rotating LED is how to power a rotating parts and how to determine the position of the LED lights. Ways of power supply are using motor brush, transforming dynamo, wireless transmission, power generation, etc. The accurate methods of locating LED is to use the position encoder. The simple operation of the way is to determine a starting point and the later various points are determined by a fixed time-delay. After the completion of the production,microcontroller programming should be used to make the rotating LED display different graphics.
