技工教育师资培训项目管理运行模式的探索及实践

Exploration and Practice on Management and Operation Mode of Mechanic Education Teacher Training Project

技工教育师资队伍建设是技工院校一项长期的、极具战略意义的重点基本建设工作。技工教育师资培训项目管理运行模式是一种新型的教育培训管理模式。本文针对目前技工教育师资培训存在的针对性、有效性不强,管理不规范等问题,以笔者所在学院实践工作为例,通过重点阐述培训项目管理运行流程图及项目计划、项目实施、项目督导和项目评估等四大管理工作模块,提出在技工教育师资培训工作中引入项目管理运行模式,对推动培训管理模式的创新,提高培训质量和培训绩效,增强培训的针对性、实效性等具有较大的优势。

The teaching staff construction of mechanic education is a long-term, strategic, fundamental and basic construction in mechanic colleges. The management and operation mode of mechanic education teacher training project is a new educational training management mode. In this paper, the writer focuses on the existing problems of present mechanic education teacher training,such as pertinence, weak-effectiveness, non-standardized management and so on. This paper takes writer＇s practical work in mechanic college as example, emphasizes the training project management operation flow chart and project planning, project implementation, project supervision and project evaluation these four major management modules, proposes introducing project management and operation mode to mechanic education teacher training work, these aspects have a large advantage to promote the innovation of training management mode, improve the quality of training and training performance, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training.
