高校图书馆流通工作存在的主要问题与解决途径

Main Problems Existing in University Library Circulation and Its Solutions

图书馆是一所高校图书资料信息中心,更是一所学校教学工作和科研工作的重要组成部分。当前,大学图书馆流通工作总体上是良好的,但也存在一些诸如图书资料不全、重视不够、污损严重、人员素质偏低等系列问题。文章通过对高校图书馆流通工作中存在问题的分析,进一步对如何加强高校图书馆流通管理工作,提高服务质量提出了改进措施,从而更好地为高校的科研、教学和师生服务。

The library is an information center of university library materials, and it is an important part of teaching and research work. The overall work of university library circulation is good, but there are still such problems as lacking some books, inadequate attention, being seriously soiled, low-quality personnel,etc. By analyzing the above problems, this paper proposes the improvement measures for strengthening library circulation management and improving service quality to better serve scientific research work,teaching, teachers and students.
